Sohr project is the Cabot Ridge development in the greater Knoxville area. Under the direction of Scott T. Sohr, Elmington Homes paid $492,500 for 34 lots in the Wellington Chase development. Scott T. Sohr reports plans to break ground on many new home sites in the coming months.
